Democracy is the program executed from people, for people and on the people, who are in politics. Yes, my dear friends.. please don’t take me wrong way. This is the new definition edited by our so called deserving leaders. Recently we all have celebrated year end and marching into the new one…It’s almost a decade we have been in a new era of economy …politics..technology.. oriented life. But if we have a glance at the last and the hottest year, then you will find list of profound deeds with a thick boarder of allegations. Everyone made a big money and also earned number of controversies prefixing their political career.
Right from Common welth’s Uncommon scam by Mr. Suresh Kalmadi to the comparatively small but considerable Citibank, Gughgaon issue by Mr. Puri, bank manager, none having even a little shame on their faces or sort of fear in mind.
The index is growing high, Indian rupee is dwindling before US dollar, big powers and UN members have become aggressive to make a beeline to the country playing a vital role in international economy. Almost all the dignitaries were the members of UN and tending to give India a permanent membership. That’s what we are from worlds perspective.
A Raja..Karunanidhi, Kalmadi, Ashok Chavan and many more like them alleged their ways, but none of the is behind bars yet. Directly or indirectly this quest resides within all of us in spite of the party. But the common man is still in a bed.
Yesterday I read one article “Adding values to the life” by our favorite writer Mr. Chetan Bhagat saying that, the word India depicts family, relationships, religion. Indians never thought in a bigger scale. ‘Lack of good values is why scams happen, nepotism exists and the government doesn’t care about it’s people. Core values are vital to any society’.
More or less we are responsible for the nasty govt. When the goal use to be in your court, you quit the play. If we check voting for any election since last ten years statistically, then you’ll find awful numbers reflecting the public stagnancy. 55% in Maharashtra ..40% voting in Bihar.. Is that a count? What the hell remaining 60 -50 % do on that day? Everyone knows, 70 - 80% of those 40 – 55% votes are bribed. Some party celebrates the predicated victory. And play with the given powers. You provide them with the rights..the authority and here it introduces Their Democracy.
As India emerging into a wide powerful nation, right from little villagers to a metro citizens should behave with their values. My home, my bank loans, my shares, my insurance policy.. this attitude won’t work any more and if it’ll, though not for long time….would be purely volatile. Your stability should bolster country’s stability. Every individual should enlarge there area of thinking and must consisting of some thoughts for country’s infrastructure..economy..development.. important projects and of-course their betterment. Now while leaving, let’s take an example of Jaitapur Nuclear Energy plant. NCP supporting or it’s happening under NCP govt. so oppositions must oppose that project… purposefully ignoring the genuine necessity.. for Maharashtra..for Konkan to be independent for electricity like north states. Along with this independence the project will burgeon employment, lifestyle in that area and consequently on Maharashtra. But just because of these political discrepancies, the noteworthy file is still floating. Now here is the responsibility of the people residing in near areas to seize or avail the project and take actions for their development and security as well. But who the hell cares for?
None else can come and save us from ourselves. It’s we and our thinking, if these colluders can show us 2+2 = 5, then it’s time to make them realize 2+2 = 4, moreover to trigger a new start with 1+1= 11, 1st day of 1st month for year 11.
